Member fee: 350,00 Eur
Non-Member fee: 700,00 Eur

Important information about VAT
In the case of a virtual event and in the context of B2B relations, VAT is due at the place where the company is established :

  • No VAT is charged to companies established outside the EU,
  • No VAT is charged to companies established in the EU (the reverse charge mechanism is however applicable provided the recipient of the invoice has a valid VAT number),
  • Belgian VAT of 21% invoiced to Belgian companies and to B2C relations (non taxable persons & non taxable associations).

Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF EIGA VIRTUAL SEMINAR
In case of written cancellation until 31 December 2021, payment will be refunded, subject to a cancellation fee of 50 €. After this date, no refunds will be possible and non-paid fees remain due. For name substitutions, a processing fee of 35 € will be charged.
