Michele joined SOL in 2019 and has held a role of HR Business Partner of the industrial sector focusing on the organisation and the development of the recruiting projects and the training plans for the Italian territory and abroad.
He is currently working in the HR Department in the Head Quarter of the company in Monza.
Michele has a psychological background, graduated at “Cattolica” University of Milano, Italy, with substantial skills in the training and development sector acquired during the previous experiences in this field.
